Second, we recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday with these yummy homemade pink velvet cupcakes. I used a coupon to purchase these Reynolds brand baking cups. I love the “Party Fabulous DIY tip” on the packaging: “Save the cost of buying mini ice cream cartons and the time of having to scoop during your party. Scoop ice cream into baking cups on a tray or cookie sheet. Place the tray in the freezer for up to 24 hours until you’re ready to serve.” That’s a handy little tip for the future!
